The Panperduto Tour is a short route, about 1300 meters of navigation.

 It offers the possibility to carry out the present concata near the Panperduto outlet.

You can choose between two different possibilities:

ITINERARY A: boat, guide and museum, 90 minutes.

Jewel of industrial hydraulics, the Panperduto represents a great cultural, historical and environmental heritage of the territory. During this boat tour it will be possible to visit all the Panperduto, navigate on the Ticino River up to the barrier of Porto della Torre, understand the complex water system of the Dam and the Opera di Presa del Panperduto, up to the Swiss Italian Water Museum, where a a large map of the territory will illustrate the origin, history and structural and functional complexity of the Italo-Swiss Ticino water basin. During the tour we will also visit the Garden of the Water Games, the fish climbing ladder and the dam, returning on foot to the intake Opera, symbol of Panperduto.

Boarding in front of the Panperduto hostel. Concata, navigation on the Ticino river up to Porto della Torre. Panperduto Concata and dock navigation. Landing in front of the Swiss Italian Water Museum, visit to the museum and the Garden of Water Games. Visit to the dam and the intake structure, return on foot to the hostel.

Cost:  € 15.00 per person. Free for children up to 2 years.

When: every Sunday at 10.30 am, every saturday and every sunday at 3.45pm 
And 15 August 2019 too.

In case of bad weather the activity will be suspended and all the participants will be notified in time.

ITINERARY B: boat and garden of water games, 60 minutes.

Water is the absolute protagonist of the Panperduto landscape that enchants. At every glance the majesty, power and importance of derivation and canalization works are perceived. During this initiative, especially suitable for families and children, everyone will be able to understand and experience the movement and power of water by visiting the "Garden of water games" with installations, Archimedes screws, mills, raceways, sluice gates and pumps will allow the children (but also adults) to learn the hydrodynamic and kinetic strength of water while having fun. The Garden of water games is located on the island of Confurto and can be reached by boat.
Boarding in front of the hostel. Dockside navigation up to the Swiss Italian Water Museum. Landing at the Museum jetty; play activities at the garden of water games . Dock navigation on return. Landing and end of activity in front of the hostel.
Cost: 6.00 euros per person. Free for children up to 2 years.

When: every Saturday and every Sunday and 15 August 2019 too.
Experimental hours departing from the pier in front of the hostel: 11.30 am; 14:30; 16:45.
These times may change based on the number of reservations. (and possible weekly days). No concata is foreseen.
